Does Fast Attack Graphics accept returns?

we do not accept returns on custom graphics. we will work with you one-on-one to ensure your graphics are exactly what you want and need, and you will have a chance to review and approve the proof before it heads to the printer. We stand by the quality of our products and the carefulness with which they are designed. therefore, no returns are accepted after final customer approval.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON APPAREL and racing products?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM-DESIGNED RACING APPAREL OR ANY OF OUR OTHER PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS. Again, we will attentively design these products to your satisfaction, but after they are printed, they cannot be returned.

A RETURN OR EXCHANGE MAY BE REQUESTED FOR NON-CUSTOMIZED FTK APPAREL. WE WILL WORK WITH THESE SITUATIONS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS: IF YOU NEED TO SUBMIT A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST, PLEASE CONTACT US HERE and select “request a return or exchange” as your reason for contact.

what shipping service does fast attack use?

All orders are shipped via ups or usps mail within 3-5 days following final proof APPROVAL, unless otherwise noted.

How long will shipping and handling take?

The shipping process itself can take anywhere from 1-7 DAYS, dependent on where you are located in the United States. Orders placed during the Holiday season may take longer to reach you due to fulfillment and seasonal shipping delays.

We will send the order to the address provided by the customer upon checkout. Please double-check to make sure all of your information is correct: Fast Attack Graphics is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address. If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address, customer service will reach out to you to ensure you receive your products, but you may incur additional shipping fees.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can then track your package as THE CARRIER intermittently updates the information. Please note that Fast Attack Graphics cannot be held responsible for shipping errors made by the carrier or shipping service, or for orders that are lost or stolen during transit. Once the order leaves our hands, we have no control over extraordinary circumstances thereafter. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you. If your items do not arrive within the specified timeframe, we ask that you contact THE SHIPPING SERVICE directly with the tracking number initially provided to you, in order to locate your package(s).

We do not ship to international addresses.
